José Manuel Salcedo Guevara better known as Dj Balto, dj from the beginning of the 90s until today, I started and I was a resident in sound companies (Minitecas) and clubs in eastern Venezuela, I started working with Torna Mesa Technics mkII 1200, passing to the digital format over the years, adapting and perfecting my style, now as a dj producer thanks to the support of colleagues and friends dj producers.
